About 123RF's Corporate Stockphoto Intranet (CSI)
  1. Will credits in the CSI expire?
    Yes, they will. Credits will expire a year from the date they're imported.
  2. How many users can the CSI support?
    Under the promotional period, the CSI can support an unlimited number of users.
  3. Does the CSI support groups?
    Yes, the CSI Administrator can create groups and assign users to be members of a group.
  4. How many groups can the CSI support?
    Under the promotional period, the CSI can support an unlimited number of groups.
  5. How does a group work, what are the benefits of working as a group?
    Administrators can add members to a certain group, and then assign a number of credits to the group. The groups have a shared pool of credits which members can use to download images. Any image downloaded by a member of the group is instantly viewable, and downloadable with other members of the same group. This simplifies the process of coordinating design work and sharing design assets.
  6. Can we reassign unused download credits?
    Yes, credits can be removed from a certain user or group and then reassigned to another user or group.
  7. Does the CSI support subscription?
    No, at the current moment, CSI does not support subscription downloads.
  8. Will I receive reminders when my CSI download credits are about to expire?
    Yes, we will email the registered CSI Administrator when the CSI download credits are going to expire a month, a week, 3 days before and on the day when the credits expires.
  9. Will I receive reminders when my CSI download credits are running low?
    Yes, we will email the registered CSI Administrator when there are less than 300 download credits in your CSI.
  10. My CSI Download Credits have expired, is there any way I can reactivate them?
    Yes, we will reactive any expired credits when you next top up your CSI download credits! Your expired download credits will now expire a year from your latest top up.
