The Secretariat of Urbanism and Sustainability, of the Municipality of São José dos Campos, proceeds with the registration of the public arboreal heritage existing on sidewalks, flowerbeds, squares and green areas of the city. A total of 9 thousand trees have already received QRCode identification plates, which can be accessed on the City Hall website, where information about each tree is available, such as: popular name, scientific name, height, diameter, location coordinates and photographs.
