The 4th King of Bhutan, Jigme Singye Wangchuck, image at the Yutong La Pass, Bhutan. The 4th King of Bhutan was born in 1955 and was King from 1972 since his abdication in favour of his oldest son, in 2006. The pass is a 3425 metres high.
