I don't understand why you are advertising RAW and TIFF. I never upload RAW files and I'm sure a lot of subscribers wouldn't want them (they might not have a conversion program). I've a feeling that you don't really mean RAW.Producing TIFFs for one place is a pain in the bottom and adds to uploadig tiem. Will you automatically be converting jpgs to TIFFs like another place does? It's also confusing that you switch between pixel dimensions and megabytes. 28MB would be about 10 megapixels, 12MB would be about 4.2 megapixels. Is that right?I'm happy to see a move towards better remuneration for photographers but would welcome clarification of these points.

What exactly is the message? What does a disembodied head floating in bubbles mean? I've had 30 years in the media and I'm afraid I would not rate this as a particularly successful ad design. It appears to assume that the potential customer already knows what 123rf is. Where's the hook that sucks the casual reader in?
