A veteran in the stock photography industry, Marco has occupied senior positions in the market over a span of 20 years in market leading companies such as Getty Images and Corbis. He has also served as interim manager/consultant at a number of other commercial and editorial stock photography agencies, and boasts a wealth of experience in establishing and growing high revenue portfolios, company and product integration projects, managing regional expansion, and business development.
During his tenure as CEO of 123RF in the UK and Northern Europe, he has delivered strong revenue growth and built a team of industry professionals in partnership with Phil Ahern. Marco also founded Fast Media Magazine, an industry news website, and has spoken and moderated at industry events.
Alex is responsible for driving global business development, ensuring smooth operations and developing both contributor and partner relations.
He has been with 123RF since the days it was known as 123RoyaltyFree.com in 2006, and created numerous data centric solutions and systemized many day-to-day operations at 123RF.
A double Master's degree holder in the fields of Civil Engineering and Information Technology, Alex is one of the main personalities behind 123RF’s online success in SEM and SEO which helped propel 123RF to evolve into one of the world’s top microstock providers.
Jacksen is 123RF’s tech pioneer who laid the tech foundation for the business.
Over the last 12 years, he has charted the overall technological direction, developments and ensuing advancements of 123RF.
Jacksen leads, both manages and mentors his tech team leaders / managers who are in turn, in charge of over 80 tech personnel in engineering, development, design, data and R&D.
Leon Hudson was appointed VP, Global Sales & Marketing at 123RF in 2013.
Active in the media and advertising industry since 1999, Leon has held a wide range of sales, marketing and managerial roles. The latest, prior to joining 123RF, was General Manager (SE Asia) at Media Monitors (now iSentia – ASX: ISD). His extensive international business experience contributed to the success of diverse companies, from startups to market-leading groups across the globe.
Throughout his career, Leon has been amply involved in the development, enhancement and leadership of customer-centric sales and service teams, thus embracing the trend, which in recent decades has lead businesses from being predominantly product-centric to becoming consumer oriented organisations.
Simon leads a team to develop the creative ideology and strengthen the visual narrative for the 123RF brand identity.
He has been engaged within the digital media industry for over 20 years, holding positions such as Webmaster / Web Developer in London and Brussels, and Creative Director for a publishing house in Kuala Lumpur.
Joining the company as a Director of Photography in 2004, he co-managed the Creative Department and was tasked with conceptualizing, visualizing and executing premium stock photography projects both in-house and at global locations.
Up until recently, his position involved managing a division of professional video compositors and music composers to produce original, exclusive stock content and innovative audio services for 123RF under the SoundBounce label.
